Effective Date: October 10, 2026
On our website: basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and how you move around the site. This helps us optimize your experience and keep the website running smoothly.
On our Minecraft server: your Minecraft username and account ID (UUID), your gameplay and moderation history, and your connection details. The next section explains exactly what that means.
To play on Imaginears Club you sign in with your Minecraft account. That account is run by Microsoft and Mojang, not by us — your account details (like your email address, password, and payment information) are covered by the Minecraft End User License Agreement and the Microsoft Privacy Statement. When you join, our server receives your username, account ID (UUID), skin, and IP address (see connection logs below for how long we keep it).
While you play, we keep:
/msg), and when you join and leave. This lets our team undo griefing and look into reports. We keep these logs for up to one year. We also keep a history of the usernames used by each Minecraft account, since Minecraft lets players change their name and our moderation records follow the account ID.All of this is linked to your Minecraft account and is stored on our own servers and database — not with an outside company or the plugin developers.
We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Ahrefs Analytics to learn how guests navigate the site. These tools are safe and don’t identify you personally. They help us see which pages are popular and where people might get stuck.

Some parts of Imaginears Club rely on trusted services that have their own privacy policies. When you use them, they handle your information under their own terms:
Imaginears Club welcomes players of all ages! If you’re under 13, we highly recommend playing with a parent’s or guardian’s permission and supervision.
Our server is fully moderated, and our team works to stop personal information (like real names, addresses, or phone numbers) from being shared in chat. We never ask players for personal information beyond what’s described in this policy. Parents and guardians can contact us at any time to ask what we hold about their child or to have it deleted.
Yes! Only a small number of trusted admins can see personal information — and only when absolutely necessary, like fixing a technical issue, handling a report, or preventing abuse.
Nope! We don’t sell, rent, or trade your data with anyone. Apart from the services listed above, which only get what they need to do their job, we’ll only share information if the law requires it.
Yes. Open a support ticket in our Discord and let us know whether you’d like a copy of your data or want it deleted. Parents and guardians can make requests on behalf of their child. We may need to keep some records — for example, ban records for accounts or IP addresses banned for abuse or hacking — where we need them to keep the community safe or where the law requires it.
Only if you ask us to, or if it’s related to something important (like a form you filled out or a server update). No spam — promise.
We use cookies to make the site work better and remember things like your preferences. You can disable them in your browser settings — just know that a few features might not work without them.
Yes. Our website logs contain technical details like your browser and which page caused an error, to help us debug. Our Minecraft server logs and grief-protection logs are described in the Minecraft server section above.
Our Terms of Service (“ToS”) explain the rules and guidelines for using Imaginears Club, including our website and Minecraft server. While this privacy policy focuses on how we collect and use your information, the ToS describes what is and isn’t allowed on our platform, your rights and responsibilities, and other important details such as dispute resolution.
We recommend reading both documents to fully understand how Imaginears Club operates and how your information is handled. If there’s ever a conflict between the privacy policy and the ToS, the ToS typically takes precedence on legal matters.
If we make any changes, we’ll update this page and change the effective date at the top.
No worries! Join our Discord here, and we’ll be happy to explain things clearly.
